• Deadline for next business day shipping: 7pm EST daily* (weekdays only).
• Orders that come in on Friday before 5pm PST will ship on Monday. Orders that come in over the weekend will be counted as Monday orders and will ship on Tuesday.
• Items that cannot be produced in 24 hours include items under the following section: “Watches” and “Growable Collection.”
• Artwork must be submitted exactly sized for the item and must meet our artwork requirements.
• Art proofing process will be waived with 24 Hour Rush so it is imperative that you proof your art file before submitting to us.
• Maximum quantity: highest published quantity on website or catalog.
• Maximum imprint areas/locations: 2 locations.
• Maximum drop ship locations: 5 locations.
